LIVING AREA
With the "all-inclusive" package, your registration includes 3 nights in a bivouac from Thursday evening to Sunday morning. By bivouac, we mean a space-saving equipment, namely a 1 or 2-person tent on a site shared with other participants.
Your equipment to complete the bivouac: 1 ground mattress, a duvet.

The campsite is entirely reserved for bivouacking by all-inclusive participants. Campervans, vans, and large tents are not permitted.

STAGE DEPARTURES
The town hall square in Saint-Ferréol-Trente-Pas is the starting point for all stages.
The Thursday evening stage is only planned for elite duo teams.

Accompanying persons
We do not offer packages for accompanying persons. Meals and the bivouac area are reserved for participants in order to accommodate you in better conditions and reduce the number of people in the living areas.
We do not allow any assistance during the race. Whether mechanical or simply for refueling, any assistance from a team or individual rider will be grounds for exclusion.

Bring your own dish kit (a large bowl, a deep plate, a cup, knife, fork, spoon, washing-up liquid)
MANDATORY EQUIPMENT
- helmet + short or long gloves
- survival blanket (1 per person)
- warm clothing (1 fleece, 1 breathable waterproof jacket, 1 long tights, 1 hat, 1 pair of long gloves) required at the briefing in case of bad weather forecast
- 1 GPS (In Elite RAID 1 for the minimum team, in Rando RAID 1 for a group of 5 maximum)
- 1 cell phone (In Elite RAID 1 for the minimum team)
- 1 repair kit per person
- 1 first aid kit per person in a hike-and-raid and ONE PER TEAM IN ELITE with the following items
1 pressure bandage / 1 hook and loop strip / 5 compresses / 1 disinfectant / 1 eye drop / 1 adhesive bandage / a few bandages / 1 painkiller left to the discretion of the runner and their doctor / 1 antihistamine
In addition to the mandatory items above, the night stage will require the equipment listed below:
- 1 fluorescent yellow vest for each runner
- 1 front light and 1 rear light in working order and switched on before the start for each runner
You will be informed at each briefing whether you can dispense with certain items depending on the forecast weather conditions.
If you need to transport your tent and runner's bag from one stage to another (valid for editions where there are several bivouacs), we will take charge of 1 tent and 1 bag per runner in our truck, for a maximum weight of 30kg.
In case of excess weight, the competitor will be notified and will have to transfer his luggage by his own means (taxi, etc.). Luggage weighing more than 30 kg will be left at the starting site. The organization will keep it for 10 hours. After this period, the organization is no longer responsible for luggage not collected by its owner.
Any baggage not dropped off daily at the day's loading site will not be transferred to the next stage.
All luggage must be identifiable with your race number. We strongly recommend bringing labels and stickers with markers to identify your bags.
Metal canteens, toolboxes, repair bags and mountain bike spare parts in addition to the travel bag, coolers etc. will not be covered by the organizer.
TOURIST INFORMATION
Born from the encounter between Provence and the mountains, the Baronnies Provençales offer a territory that all nature lovers will appreciate. People come here for the quality of life: attracted by the south, the warmth, the olive trees, the cicadas, and the lavender!
Between the southern pre-Alps and Mont Ventoux, the Baronnies are located to the east of Drôme Provençale and include the communes of Nyons, Rémuzat, Montbrun-les-Bains and Buis-les-Baronnies.
